If you are from these parts, the Kissel brothers' murders, or "Milkshake Murders" as they are known as (although only one was a murder by milkshake)are very popular fodder for speculation. One brother, Rob Kissel, was murdered by his wife Nancy in Hong Kong via sedatives in a milkshake. Andrew was murdered via stabbing in his Dairy Road manse here in Greenwich and found by the movers. John Stamos produced and starred in a MOW (Movie of the Week) treatment of the story. What is so interesting is that the case of Andrew Kissel, the second murdered brother (played by Stamos) has not been adjudicated. As a matter of fact, Greenwich Police only recently arrested the longtime chaffeur/bodyguard/guy Friday. The scuttlebutt around town is that the man in custody is not the guilty party. But that's just speculation.
Did you watch? What did you think? I think of the Kissel children who go to school here and how an unsolved case turned into a movie affects them.
Discuss.
