I can't seem to find one - did this case ever go to a jury? We've blogged about this guy before, but this is an excellent blog posting about Zerola.
UPDATE: Goddamn it! This guy keeps getting acquitted. Proving once again, date rape is simply impossible to prosecute. Maybe one day, a smart jury will be empaneled against this guy. God knows there are enough charges against him.
Now, I have GOT to blog about something more uplifting today - sometimes, this subject matter can get extraordinarily depressing if you're not careful.

What gets me is how they didn't tell the jury at the second trial that there had ever been a first trial. Clearly all three of these girls are lying, right? How many women does he have to rape before the court finally takes them seriously? What a failure the system has been for these women. It depresses me.
