So, this guy Paul Janka is getting a lot of attention on Gawker. My problem with the whole thing is that it's being blogged about, rather than arrest warrants being drawn up.
He's scary and belongs in prison. Instead, he's a bit of a celeb. Click here to be disgusted by his "how to get laid in New York" column. He's got a book deal and a Showtime promo deal? I think I just vomited. And of course, some of the villagers want to know "why did she go to his apartment"? Jesus H. Christ! Of course, clearer heads do prevail.

OH MY WORD- this is just downright disgusting.
I went to college in Manhattan and still live and work here. I know his slick type anywhere and I steer clear of that kind of folk cause I can spot it a mile away.
But, People are human, they make bad mistakes, make bad judgements. I certainly have, especially living here and being tempted by life in the fast lane.
As I said before, the word NO is NON-NEGOTIABLE- drunk, sober, or curious. And if one is unconscious for whatever reason- then men should NO/KNOW better than to take advantage of a woman.

In most states, if one is unconscious, that does meet the technical definition of "rape" as it implies lack of consent.
