In fact, when my parents and I went to visit him that summer, it was the week he got caught. My brother's apt building was two blocks from his. There was caution tape every where and it was all over the news. I remember being horrified. Ummm... one would think after that heinous psycho they would have stronger laws about this a long time ago. DUH? He's one of the most famous criminals in history.
