"No, their apology does not alleviate any crimes they committed," - how refreshing!

Check the house number next time. Better yet, don't do it.

These brilliant specimens allegedly beat and stabbed a man in Modesto, California, before realizing they had the wrong intended victim. After trying to make amends, they wanted to drive their "wrong" victim to the hospital, to which the vic probably said something like "nah, I'm good. You go ahead to the next house."

Of course, it's all about the apology with the press, and the defense will hone in on that. If they had the correct person, I'm assuming no apology? Ah, where to begin?
