M:I don't know - this guy probably took out the dictionary and failed to return it. He got 5 months and change. Those library books were violated! Oy.
Wow....10 years for stealing library books.and your rapist got 5 months?How did he manage that? There must have been some sort of excuse for the ridiculously light sentencing.Also, isn't there some kind of maximum sentence for petty theft? i didn't think they could sentence someone to 10 years for that.
