Guy who dressed as "Silly the Clown" (scary) fondles, rapes and photographs naked woman who he lives with (scarier), is defended by having attorney Donna Kuchler say it was sort of like cuddling with a spouse at night (scariest) and oh, by the way, he's the suspect in the disappearance of his own infant in 1991. And they found child porn on his computer. What a guy!

Glad he was convicted. That argument is as ludicrous is my own scumbag's defense attorney saying that the red marks on my wrists from me squeezing them so hard to hold my down were simply the result of me brushing against his watch and developing a skin infection because he discovered in my medical records I am allergic to nickle which is found almost 90%of all jewlery. Or argument # 2, I could have scorched them lifting the hot pizza box I ordered for us when it was delivered, which was after all incentive to force himself on me.
These freaking lawyers will do or say anything to get their clients off, no matter how assinine.
Michele: i wouldn't get mad at the defense attorney's, they probably know how assinine it sounds, but its their job to try and defend their client in every way possible.
Blame the person they are defending IMO.(i'm just saying this because my brother is an attorney)
As far as "Silly the Clown" goes, i wouldn't let this freak within 50 miles of civilization.
